We prepare an overall ‘master plan’ that is an illustrative rendering of how the design may look.  This is based on our discussions with the client, our own site analysis, budget and feasibility.  It is our ‘vision’ of the how the project will look when complete and we also prepare an itemized, construction cost budget.
