Today's landscape architecture projects often require permits and assessments by federal, state and local governments, especially in wetland and coastal areas. Our reputation and track record with these governing bodies is excellent. We approach permitting proactively, communicating early and often with all involved parties and keeping well-organized, clear and concise documentation. We are adept at navigating often complex permitting procedures, utilizing our expertise and extensive network of scientists, engineers and other professionals as needed to bring our projects to successful conclusion.

As one of the first LEED certified firms in our area, we strive to incorporate good stewardship and sustainability into our projects. The LEED program provides third party verification of “green” buildings and site work, encouraging the inclusion of smart design and environmentally sound construction methods and materials.
